#8: Go to a Bikram/Hot yoga class.

Bikram yoga (or different variants). It's Hot. Damn hot.

For those who aren't familiar with Hot Yoga, it's a strenuous yoga class suitable for all levels from total beginner to advanced. It consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a room heated to 40 degrees C (104 degrees F). The heat is suppose to ease your muscles and joints, allowing you to stretch safely, and encouraging sweating which is detoxifying. Living in a cold country means we simply don't sweat enough.

Well, I sweated today. A lot. I've had enough of that for now. Tick.
