Since moving to London, I've come to appreciate Thai food and culture much more than when I lived in New York. Along with my interest in learning to cook better, I'm also trying to expand the types of food I can cook at home. I've never attempted to make Thai food at home myself. Knowing this was on the list, I signed up for a Thai Cooking Class
the hotel was offering because where better to take a class than in Thailand.
